Warranty

Every Fairway & Crown timepiece is guaranteed for two years from the date of original purchase against manufacturing defects of the movement and case. The warranty is honoured worldwide from our atelier.

Cover extends to defects in materials and workmanship affecting movement accuracy, sealed case integrity and factory-fitted components. Repairs under warranty are carried out free of charge.

The warranty does not cover normal wear, scratches to the case or crystal, water damage arising from misuse, damage caused by shocks, accidents or unauthorised repair, or the strap and buckle, which are considered wear parts.

To make a warranty claim, email contact@fairwayandcrown.com with your order number and a description of the fault. We will arrange collection, inspection and — where the fault is covered — repair or replacement at no cost to you.
