Returns & Refunds

Unworn timepieces may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Watches must be returned in their original, unmarked condition, with all packaging, tags, warranty card and documentation intact.

To initiate a return, email contact@fairwayandcrown.com with your order number. We will issue return instructions and, for UK orders, arrange a complimentary insured collection. International customers are responsible for return shipping and any associated duties.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 working days of the returned watch passing inspection at the atelier. Original shipping costs are refunded only where the return is due to a manufacturing defect.

If a watch arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange collection, inspection and — where appropriate — repair, replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or, for EU customers, the Consumer Rights Directive.
