Terms of Sale

These terms apply to all purchases made through fairwayandcrown.com. By placing an order you confirm that you accept them. We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force at the moment of your order applies to that order.

Your order constitutes an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we issue a dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to decline any order, for example where a product is unavailable, where pricing has been misstated, or where we suspect fraud.

Prices are shown in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable. Payment is taken in full at the point of order via our secure payment processor. Title in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Delivery is made in accordance with our Shipping policy. Risk passes to you on delivery to the address you provide.

Your right to return goods is set out in our Returns policy. Our two-year warranty is set out in our Warranty policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to that, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the price paid for the goods.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
