We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, delivery address, email address and payment details when you place an order or contact the atelier — as well as limited technical data (device, browser, IP address) collected automatically to keep the site secure and functional.

Personal data is used to fulfil orders, provide after-sales care, respond to enquiries, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations and — where you have opted in — send occasional newsletters. We do not sell your personal data.

We share data only with trusted providers required to operate the business: our e-commerce platform, payment processors, shipping carriers and email service providers. Each is bound by contract to protect your data.
